    SpiderWeb™ Uncoupling Mat


  • SpiderWeb™ Uncoupling Mat is a waterproof, vaporproof uncoupling membrane that can be used for crack-suppression in most tile, porcelain or natural stone installations, and can be applied over challenging substrates such as installation over green concrete (young) and single ply 19.2" (49 cm) supported floors. SpiderWeb is designed differently than bonded membranes, with a sacrificial layer of fabric that shears away, or "uncouples", when exposed to excessive substrate movement, absorbing stress and preserving the surface and integrity of the tile. SpiderWeb's mesh layer has reinforced strands which lock mortar into the mat, ensuring strong, reliable installations.

  • Crack Buster™ Pro is a self-bonding fabric and asphaltic mat designed to reduce crack transmission in ceramic tile or stone floors in extra heavy duty commercial installations. Use as an anti-fracture membrane to bridge horizontal cracks up to 3/8" (9.5 mm) in full floor thin-set applications or as a crack isolation membrane when an individual crack is bridged with the membrane. Its uniquely designed surface texture allows secure bonding of all types of tile and stone. High strength peel-and-stick backing allows quick and easy application to virtually any substrate. Suitable for all interior or exterior, heavy-duty commercial tile and stone installations.
